moduleBD provides an AI-powered study companion and dashboard for students (Class 6–12), focusing on NCTB English and ICT. Services include AI tutoring, progress tracking, quizzes, and educational content.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to:

- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.

6. Payment & Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated content or the availability of the service.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MEHErix be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
